Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we operate a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.

  • Full access is granted immediately to courses, tools, and platform features
  • Content cannot be "returned" once accessed

SkillTown (Online Courses)

No Refunds Policy

  • All course purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Once you enroll in a course and access is granted, no refunds or cancellations are permitted
  • You receive lifetime access to purchased courses

Cancellation Policy

How Cancellation Works

  1. Immediate Cancellation: Your subscription is marked for cancellation
  2. Access Continues: You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  3. No Future Charges: Your payment method will not be charged again
  4. No Partial Refunds: No refund for unused days in the current billing period

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

  • No refunds for unused subscription time
  • If you cancel on Day 15 of a 30-day billing period, you still have access for the remaining 15 days
  • No refunds for previous billing periods

Exceptions

Refunds may be provided in these cases:

  1. Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly or twice for the same period
  2. Technical Failure: If the platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
  3. Feature Unavailability: If advertised core features are completely non-functional and cannot be fixed within 7 days

Refund Window: Request within 7 days of the charge

Free Trial (If Applicable)

  • If we offer a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation of the refund
  • Access to the product/platform will be revoked

Step 5: Bank Processing

  • Refund appears in your account within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

4. Situations NOT Eligible for Refunds

We cannot provide refunds in the following cases:

  • ❌ Did not get hired after completing the course
  • ❌ Instructor's teaching style preference

ContentLead Specific

  • ❌ Did not use the subscription enough
  • ❌ Content did not perform well on social media
  • ❌ Did not get desired engagement or followers
  • ❌ Forgot to cancel before renewal
  • ❌ Third-party platform issues (Instagram, YouTube bans, etc.)

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Our Position

  • We take chargebacks seriously and investigate all claims
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action
  • We maintain detailed transaction records

Before Filing a Chargeback

  • Contact us first: Most issues can be resolved directly
  • Chargebacks should be a last resort
  • We're committed to fair resolutions

If You File a Chargeback

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will provide evidence to your bank/card issuer
  • If chargeback is reversed, account remains suspended until matter is resolved

6. Promotional Purchases and Discounts
