SkillTown:

  • Access to courses is granted upon successful purchase or enrollment
  • Course content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited

ContentLead:

  • You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform
  • You grant us license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and distribute content
  • Automated features must be used in compliance with third-party platform policies (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Any activity performed using your account is your sole responsibility
  • You may not create multiple accounts to abuse platform features or promotions
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

  • All content, features, and functionality on our platforms (courses, tools, designs, software, text, graphics, logos) are the exclusive property of Shubh TradingLead Pvt. Ltd.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent
  • Trademarks, service marks, and logos are owned by us or our licensors

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create or upload
  • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services
  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your content

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing

  • Prices for courses, subscriptions, and services are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases
  • Promotional discounts and coupons are subject to specific terms and conditions

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
  • You agree to provide accurate payment information
  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy

Subscriptions (ContentLead)

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified)
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

SkillTown Courses

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds or cancellations are offered once a course is purchased and access is granted
  • We encourage you to review course descriptions, previews, and syllabi before purchasing

ContentLead Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time
  • No refunds for unused portions of the current billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation

TradingLead Resources

  • All sales are final for digital products and services
  • No refunds for trading losses or unsatisfactory results

Exceptions

  • Technical issues preventing access: We will work to resolve issues or provide refunds if access cannot be restored
  • Contact shubham@tradinglead.in within 7 days of purchase for technical issues

7. Limitation of Liability

General Disclaimer

  • Our platforms and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our platforms
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from use of our platforms

Platform-Specific Limitations

SkillTown:

  • We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career results
  • Course content is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice

ContentLead:

  • We are not responsible for content you create or distribute using our tools
  • We are not liable for issues with third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • No guarantees regarding content performance, reach, or engagement

Maximum Liability

  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our platforms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data without permission
  • Impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • Spam, advertise, or solicit users without authorization

9. Content Moderation

  • We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these terms
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • We are not obligated to monitor all user content but may do so at our discretion

11. Termination
